Dataram Doubles Memory Capacity to 64GB In Sun Ultra 40 M2 Workstation

First-to-Market High Density 8GB DIMMs Enable Large Capacity

Dataram Corporation [NASDAQ: DRAM], a leading provider of server and workstation memory, today announced a high capacity 16GB memory upgrade for Sun Ultra 40 M2 workstations expanding total memory up to 64GB.

The DRSU40M2/16GB memory option consists of two 8GB capacity PC2-5300, DDR2-667 Registered ECC memory modules. Sun Microsystems new BIOS version 1.22 for the Ultra 40 M2 workstation enables addressing of 64GB of memory. The BIOS is available for download from Sun's website at www.sun.com.

Dataram, first to market with high capacity 8GB DIMMs, has been shipping these in volume since April 2007. Upgrading the Ultra 40 M2 to 64GB makes it a perfect fit for memory intensive applications in many markets including EDA and Geophysical.
