The Guardian provides a complete package of coverage reflecting the confidence the company has in its products.
Built around four main components and at the heart of the Guardian program is Dataram’s “Critical Outage Reliability Insurance”. When the highest level of Reliability, Availability and Serviceability (RAS) is most critical, the Critical Outage provides On-Site Spares, Prepaid On-Site Service, 24 x 7 technical support, and On-Site Response. Other features of Dataram’s Guardian program are Lifetime Warranty, Service Call Reimbursement, Advance Replacements, Consultative Engineering Support, Trade-In/Trade-Up and free Memory Evaluation.
