Company Commitment -
Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct

Dataram is committed to actively implementing the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition® (EICC®) Code of Conduct, and requires its suppliers to do the same.

The EICC® Code of Conduct establishes global standards and a management system to ensure working conditions in the electronics supply chain are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically. The EICC® Code further includes the principles of freely-chosen employment, anti-child labor laws, freedom of association, reasonable working hours, fair wages and benefits, and a workplace free of discrimination.

We are committed to meeting all of these expectations, standards, and continuous improvement because it is the right thing to do, consistent with Dataram’s commitment to conduct all our business with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. More details are contained in Dataram’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, and our employee handbook.
